Once the questionnaire has been completed and the application has been correctly sent, October's Borrowers Relations team will begin its analysis.
The team will contact you so that you can provide us with more information or missing documents necessary to carry out the credit analysis.
If you do not send us the necessary documents within 30 days of the application, your application will no longer be valid. In order to prevent this from happening as much as possible, we will send you reminders by email during this timing.
If still want financing after 30 days, you will have to re apply for financing.
